The majority of the Pa Sak Tong gardening staff are from the Lahu Hill Tribe. Rattana, who is also Lahu, manages the gardeners in her gentle way to create and maintain the unique and extensive gardens on the estate. Rattana arrives early each day to pick the fruit and vegetables from our organic garden for your meals.
