The 29 acres of Pa Sak Tong’s gardens and rice fields require a lot of skill to maintain. Big has an excellent knowledge of the diverse flora of Thailand. At Pa Sak Tong everything is grown organically with no chemicals or pesticides used on the property which requires a vast knowledge of natural gardening. Most of the fruit and vegetables guests eat will be grown by Big and his team.
